VINCI Energies invests in Augmensys

Augmensys and VINCI Energies are intensifying their successful collaboration: VINCI Energies has acquired a minority stake in Augmensys, through its investment and managerial fund, INERBIZ.

The French corporation and Augmensys have already been partnering since 2015 and successfully conducted various projects with Augmensys’ unprecedented mobile data-management platform UBIK®.

This investment will allow the two partners to benefit from each other’s knowhow even better and strengthen the joint footprint on the market. It will also help Augmensys accelerate its international expansion through the vast global VINCI network, while enabling VINCI Energies to offer completely new and unique service products to its customers.
